Heating & Cooling

"When our AC wasn't working this week (hot July days!), I used Campbell's online service request form to request a technician to come out to see if they could solve the issue. I sent in the request after hours and I heard from a scheduler at 9am the following day and they were able to fit me in that day. The scheduler called again when the technician was roughly 30 minutes out and he was right on time. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the part needed in his van, so the AC was fixed quickly. Everyone was great all along the way to clearly explain service fees and the cost/benefits of each product option to repair the AC." -NaDell R.

"Our old a/c unit in the ceiling plugged up and sent condensation water down from the ceiling. We called Campbell and Co., and they responded immediately. So professional and personable! They installed a new heat pump within a couple days, and loaned us 2 portable a/c units while they worked on the installation. Everyone from the phone receptionist to the crew were absolutely fantastic!! Each member took the time to answer all our questions. Everything was explained completely. "Very responsive- I called for an maintenance check-up appointment, and they were there the next day. Very knowledgeable. We had just bought a house, and had identified a few minor repairs to the HVAC system. I was impressed they had all the parts we needed for the repairs on the truck, and were able to fix them same day. "Yesterday Charlie came out to do our spring checkup on our Heat Pump. He did the maintenance on the unit in a timely and efficient manner. I would be remiss if I didn't comment on the superb customer service Charlie provided. Friendly, informative and helpful are just words but Charlie was all these and more. We had a early spring snow storm the night before our service and he without being asked rolled our garbage can back to our backyard after it was dumped so that we wouldn't have to go out on a potential slippery driveway to retrieve it ourselves. Courtesy and customer service are things you don't really expect anymore but Campbell & Company has always instilled in their technicians this ethic." -Bud D.

Because it was warm, we provided a fan from storage to help keep the work site cool. He offered to and did put back the fan in storage for me." -Loren S.

Drain & Sewer

"Chris Beedle was here to fix my clogged drain. Not only did he solve the problem, he fixed my leaking drain due to an improper gasket (overtightened.) Very impressed with his demeanor, knowledge, and explained that everything else seemed proper. "Campbell replaced our sewer line recently and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work done. They were incredibly professional, communicative, and had better prices than other companies we looked into. The sewer line replacement at our house was a little complicated due to its location and they worked hard to identify all the possible solutions and explained everything to us before they started. When problems arose, they took care of everything 100% and kept us updated. "Campbell and company performed CIPP (trencheles) installment to repair my sewer drain line from my house clear to the city line in the street, 120 feet of cipp and got it perfect all the way. And exhibited great patience when I wanted an additional post camera inspection done 'with' the department manager present. Tristen did a great job and both were very polite, forthcoming with detailed explanation of the finished product. Bella and the office staff were kind, considerate and always more than willing to help find and deliver any information I needed. Quality all around from customer service to job performance to pristine finished product. These people are at the top of the game when it comes to delivering professionalism and courtesy. Truly this post is sincere, for I rarely will do them but above and beyond the job I hired them to do, they also installed a necessary and expensive component to my system free of extra charge and managed to get it all excellently executed. Thank You to all the people I mentioned and the people I didn't get to speak with or meet as I was gone on the road for the whole time..that correct I was not even there and these guys nailed it perfectly!" -G.S.
